Overdue post...but making progress!

Here are a few pictures from the last week or so. Most of the changes taking place are inside...we've had the plumbing, electrical, HVAC and framing all pass in spection! The insulation was blown in the new bathroom last night. Phil and Phillip are putting siding on today!

Oh and we had 10 can lights installed in our dining/living room area. Makes such a WONDERFUL difference. I'll try to include some pictures on that in the next post!

On Monday they will be sheetrocking the bathroom and over the next few weeks Phil will start installing the new windows. It's going to be strange living in a house where we have doors that work, lights we can turn on and windows we can actually open. To say the least we are incredibly thankful we have the opportunity to do this.

Progress!

I took the first two pictures on Thursday (or Friday...can't remember!) and then the last few tonight! I'll post an update next weekend...can't wait to see what happens this week!

And so it begins...

It is Fall...

It is Fall…and one of the many, many goals I wake up to every day is to blog more.

It is Fall and I love it.

It’s much cooler than I remember at this point last year…the cold came fast this year but that’s ok…the Vandal’s have won more than one game and the season isn’t even over, Kris and I are currently employed and we are headed to San Francisco this weekend where I will run 13.1 miles, meet up with old friends, eat really good food and enjoy a change of scenery. Can’t complain!

All done...
